"It takes a village" as the proverb starts out and a sense of community is something that we do not take lightly. Our village has a selection of groups that a portion of our ticket sales and food drives go to support each year. Here are the Non-Profit organizations that we are currently working with.
It has been our honor over multiple years to work with the Raptor Rehabilitation Project, lovingly known as Raptor Rehab. Veterinary students, community members and other University of Missouri students volunteer their time and effort in rehabilitating injured raptors and caring for resident birds. Volunteers also help raise public awareness by giving presentations throughout central Missouri. At presentations, including our own faire, education birds are brought out to teach people about the ecological and cultural importance of birds of prey. To find out more about the Raptor Rehabilitation Project visit them on facebook or their website.

Fulton Soup Kitchen
We are happy to once again be working with the Fulton Soup Kitchen. With lunch and dinners being served the Fulton Soup Kitchen is always in need of not just food, but the warm hearts of volunteers. While we will be collecting non-perishable food items during the faire at the front gate as well as donating monetarily this year, if you would like to know more about volunteering your time or simply learning more about this organization you can find the Fulton Missouri Soup Kitchen here on facebook.
