Renaissance Faire Sponsorship Tiers

Tier 1 — Bronze Faire Sponsor

$500 Per Weekend / $1,250 Full Season

At this level, your sponsorship helps support the general operating costs of the faire. These funds allow us to reduce operational expenses so we can invest more resources into improving the faire experience for guests and performers alike.

• Business / Group / Individual listed on the website at the Bronze Sponsor Tier

• Custom Oakheart Armory Shield displayed on the sponsor wall during sponsored weekends

• Two (2) tickets to the faire for the sponsored weekend(s)

• Two (2) VIP access bracelets for the VIP Area

Tier 2 — Silver Faire Sponsor

$2,000 Per Weekend / $4,500 Full Season

The faire operates several in-house shops that support the event, including:

• The Garrison Grill

• The Ladies

• The Merch Shop

Funds from Silver Sponsors help provide inventory, equipment, repairs, and physical improvements such as repainting structures, repairing walls, and expanding shop spaces.

Tier 3 — Golden Sponsor (Entertainment Sponsor)

$8,000 Per Weekend

Entertainment is one of the most exciting — and costly — aspects of running a Renaissance Faire. Tier 3 sponsors help us bring in high-quality performers and acts from around the world, elevating the experience for thousands of attendees.

• Two Custom Oakheart Armory Shields

  • One displayed on the sponsor wall

  • One displayed on the primary entertainment stage

• Five (5) tickets to the faire for the sponsored weekend

• Five (5) meal tickets from the Garrison Grill

• Reserved front-row seating for five (5) at all Main Stage shows during the sponsored weekend

Tier 4 — The Royal Sponsor (Season Title Sponsor)

$12,000 — Full Season Exclusive

Tier 4 — The Royal Sponsor (Primary Sponsor of the Season)
The Royal Sponsor is a single exclusive sponsorship position for the entire season. This sponsorship helps fund the production of the official Faire Program, which is distributed to guests at the entrance.
